I got Bug Tracker from SF.net, I ziped it then I can't find start or setup Bug Tracker. I don't know do with that for D2X-XL.

You are confused with what he said to do.
He wants you to add the info here to your current bug report at the D2X-XL project/ SouceForge.net site.
You need to report the problem there. Not here.
