The link opened an .SCR file which contained no doubt, a virus or keylogger so, I did some digging and found his contact information...

So, I did what any person should do, I filed a complaint with the FTC and forwarded this email to Nelson...
Dear Nelson,
I have received your fraudulent email and did not open the file included rather I did submit a complaint to the FTC regarding your email. You should be hearing from them in a couple of days and quite possibly be looking forward to paying fines. You may have to check your states laws to find out if you'll also be spending some time in a federal prison although that of course depends on how cooperative you are.
