My older daughter has one of these, and it's very cool. Once on a trip, she actually pulled a book quick via an unsecured wireless network she found as we were driving down the highway.

According to the specs, it's 3G so you can connect to a source anywhere you get a cell signal... you mean she pulled an ebook off someones network? LOL Nice.

I don't think hers is 3g capable, but even if it was, it would require an ccompanying 3g service plan, and I KNOW that she doesn't have that. It's just got wireless ethernet capability.
