Hmmm... Let's see...

1. They are blood relatives (brother and sister)
2. \"Famous\" enough to be getting air brushed photos on a regular basis or at the least photos released by their publicist.
3. Both have had cosmetic work/surgery (at least quite likely)
4. Both are/were constantly in the media's attention and thus very concerned and aware of their appearance to the public.

The fact that they look very similar is perfectly normal. While that may seem odd for MJ, the mere fact that something \"normal\" can be associated with MJ is actually a good thing.

So... Nothing to be concerned about here. Let's move on.
