Justice

Post by woodchip »

Well the world is obviously a safer place now that Martha "The Cupcake" Stewart is safely behind bars. While she was never found to be guilty of stock fraud, she was found guilty of lying to a investigator. My my!
On the other hand we have Sandy "Pants" Berger still running around after perloining state secrets with no indication that he will ever have to face "Justice".

We have the press run endless accounts of the "abuse" at a certain Iraqi prison where the worse that happened to the prisoners was a bit of humiliation. The perps are justly being charged and convicted. On the other hand we have a presidential candidate who consorted with the enemy and humiliated a whole country and the only people serving time were the P.O.W.'s who suffered the pains of torture to not say something denigrating about their country.

Curious how justice is sometimes meted out.

Yea just like Ken Lay, Bush's close friend has yet to see the inside of the cold stonehouse. He stole millions from his own employees and he walks free, hopefully not for long. nice try woodchip.

Just humiliation? How about torture, deaths, rape, and then some humiliation? Woodchip, how many vets spoke out against the war when they got back? You like Jimi Hendrix??
