WoW Descent Group

Post by Trackball »

Anyone wanna put together a group of Descent WoW players? We could play on one server and work together. I'm thinking about starting a horde character on one of the higher population servers. From what I've heard, Horde always gets whooped by Alliance. Being the underdog would be fun.

Just an idea.

Go Alliance on Deathwing  I would enjoy owning you there too.

*Note: Alliance is the underdog on Deathwing.

*Note#2: An added benefit of this is that Alliance and Horde cannot communicate so I won't have to listen to your crap

Actually, the benefit would be mine, considering you're the one who talks crap.

When's the last time I insulted you? Exactly.

I play on the Shadow Moon server on the Horde. But a Descent group sounds fun.

Of course not. You wouldn't find much. If I "attacked" you, it was probably after one of your stupid remarks or insults.

Nah. Maybe we can get Blizzard to host a server with an FTP running, causing the players to have 300ms. Lets also kick players multiple times. Whoops.

Do you ever stop talking about that?

And lets not forget:
WarAdvocat wrote:Trackball, please go away. Your piss-poor attitude and childish petulance, combined with your superior airs and outright stupidity have begun to bore me.

If you MUST stay, please STFU! If that's too difficult for you, here are a few guidelines:

Listen to people who know what they are talking about :)
Don't open your mouth when you don't know what you're talking about.
Don't be condescending, especially when you're wrong (see # 1 & 2 for additional suggestions). Condescension and blatant stupidity are a bad mix.

Maybe you should game more, instead of spending all your time inventing reasons why people aren't having fun gaming. Especially given that YOU are one of those reasons. Your lack of knowledge, lack of foresight, lack of intelligence and your failure to heed advice given in good faith noticibly detracted from the fun of everyone who participated in your farcical attempt to play a 31 player game on Shiva's SOD. What's worse is that NUB was ATTEMPTING to play a match on SOD as well, at the same time as your ill-fated attempt to 'host' a 31 player anarchy.

As for me, If I'm at my computers, I'm usually gaming, and that gaming usually takes the form of having a great time playing D3 with quality people. I play other 'flavor of the month' games. Hell I even played Forsucken with you, not that you'd play for more than about 7 minutes. Most of us that you might classify as "chat whores" are busy playing games while you piss and moan in chat. When we die, we mock you before we respawn, and return to our game while you spout your latest idiocy.

Aren't Mondays fun?
Now watch a moderator delete my post just like last time. Censoring pwns.

I knew I shouldn't have posted this topic.

I'll pass. I already have a group of cooler forum goers I play with. And I'm not about to give up my level 58 druid just to play with you assholes. ;)

But...it's a druid! Why not give it up :) Not like you have a useful character or anything.

In other news: Blizzard's 16 hour downtime appears to have utterly screwed my server. Last evening, I was in a queue of 900 odd players waiting to get on to a med pop server.

Guess What! I can't get the game!! Dell sent me an order confirmation that I skimmed and didn't note the delivery date til today.... April 1!

I've been looking for it and decided that something was facked when it didn't arrive. Looked at the email...I cancelled it and then did a search on Google only to find the news that WOW isn't accepting new players!
http://games.slashdot.org/index.pl?issue=20050119

I am so bummed, dammit. :( I'm starting to think that I am the frickin Ancient Mariner with a gd albatross hanging around my neck when it comes to getting in on good games.

I am SO pissed off right now.

edit: well I just ordered it again from EB games and they say they have one per customer in stock. fingerscrossed

As a spirit-based priest I can honestly say there's no one I'd rather have at my back than a resoration druid. Innervate on me = no one dies, ever, even if the druid doesn't heal at all.

I'm happy because I just got my order confirmation from EB games. Gotta say that company seems to rock.

They restocked the DS at a reasonable price before anyone else too. Am I being naive when I think that I should give them the majority of my business instead of shopping around for the lowest price all the time? I don't mind paying a bit more to businesses who seem to have their customers' well-being in mind...
