hi fellas.

im looking for some webpages, if you have any handy, about some 1st-2nd world countries who:

1) have no nuclear program, and have a small army, with good education and good/free/affordable healthcare
2) the above, but with a space program

i will have a look on google, later, as im sorta busy right now... and having some leads would also be great (i.e., names of countries? Image)

cheers...

Look for Belgium. We have no nuclear program, small army, free quality education and free quality healthcare.
I don't know if we have a space program, but we do participate in European space projects.

Although I chuckled at that lars, I wouldn't be surprised if the nuclear club has more members than we all think. There's been alot of espionage throughout the years and the early designs, from what I understand, were rather primitive and relatively simple to construct compared to the ubernukes of today. I'm worried we may not have stopped Pakistan's *Nukester* sharing in time. Image That, plus I doubt The Ukraine gave everything it had back to the Russians when the USSR fragmented. Having just won your independence, would you? And finally, since so much can be done in lab simulations, the number of countries confident they could build a nuke if necessary probably brings the club roster even higher. It really has become a problem keeping track of these things when we can't even say with certainty who does and who doesn't and it's only going to get worse, imo.

Edit: OK, I missed the part about *NO nuclear program*. I thought Boss was asking about nations WITH a nuclear program. It's late, time to wander off to bed.
