I've been holding it on my hard drive for a damn long time now. I figured I'd upload it since I had access to do so.
Note that only the FilePlanet link is up at this time.

Few public servers, wait times from hell, just to make you pay 60 bucks per year for a download per month!

My e-mail account can take 100 MB, that should be sufficient even for a large mail.

(EDIT)Uh, KB, PO2 is a D2 set, not D3 as you seem to be thinking.
