Vortex just stopped showing servers

For some reason, vortex is just not showing servers on my machine out of the clear blue sky.
Tsetsefly is still running just fine and I do have the patched version of vortex.
Is there any thing I can look at on my WIN10 machine like some firewall setting that might have been tweaked?
Please let me know.
EDIT: Today for no reason at all, it started working again so who knows.
