Monitors don't power off.

Well this is a new one.
Something in the KDE Neon update is keeping my monitors from shutting off after the computer powers down, and for some reason the monitor controls are locked out on all three. The only way I can get control again is when I unplug them. Since my computer is a dual boot between Windows 11 and Linux, this issue doesn't happen in Windows, so that narrows it down to Linux. All three are LG UltraFine 4K 27-inch connected to the MSI AMD Radeon RX 6600. Do I wait it out and see if KDE fixes it? I'm not sure were to start at this point.
