I'm back.....

Post by Bet51987 »

I'm so happy now. I got my disks back :) :)
Joyce (his friend) and I, approached him an hour ago and she made him sit with us and read the posts that all you guys wrote. He liked what you guys said, and noted some of you were fathers. She told him I have friends....He pointed to some of the not so nice comments, but Joyce gave him a kick and said to forget those. I like her. (I always did)

Ok.....he wasn't concerned about my logo, since our whole school has all our photos on their website. But I'm gonna keep it off for awhile. He was upset about the newspaper. I got his point. That was dumb, and I learned my lesson. :) He has warned me about people, and he makes a point to show me the paper when something happens to a young girl. we've always had a code word, I never go anywhere alone, and I know what to do if approached.
I just didn't apply it here. I will now.

But most of all, it was you guys that did it. If you didn't post like you did, he would still be reading the paper and I would still be under my bed.
I luv you guys......Thanks. I'm going to a game now.....

I know....but it's just me and Dad. We watch out for each other. I yelled at him enough to wear his seatbelt, so now he does.
But, I know what you mean.....
Thanks

Your father's concern is not entirely misplaced. I know plenty of weirdos my age.

Welcome back. :D

It was nice to see you back in the mines tonight. Glad I could be of some small assistance. :)

Subway wouldn't be the same without you.

Yah come whoop up on peeps and get whooped up on next time entropy or something of the sort happens- it's kinda humbling, but at the same time a blast.

I also know at least one wierdo AceCombat's age. He also happens to share AceCombat's name. What a coincidence!

Welcome back Bet, sounds to me like your father is a fair man who would rather make an error on the side of caution, but can then be reasoned with. I have three kids and if something seems not right, then until I can understand what is going on, nothing is going on...

WB Bett, i hope to be purchasing a new comp soon so i'll be fodder for you in the mines (not played for two years on-line :( ) As to your dad, he's just being a dad. I'm also paranoid where my daughter is concerned. Icq has been deleated never to be installed because of a similar incident at our house.
