it'd be groovy to have the local server time listed on the mainpage.
coz being international, time is wacked out. i come sometimes to the DBB and no-one's posting. don't know when everyone is asleep or what.
perhaps hte world is being attacked with giant orbiting chickens!@! it'd be a lot off my mind if i knew the usa time from teh mainpage eh.

You're right. Never under estimate the orbiting chickens. It's about 4 am here for me in California.

Well, you could always look at the footer. It shows what the time zone you have it set to, and then you use your wonderful math skills to see what time it is in Greenwich...and then subtract 5 hours.
That'll get you time on our east coast (well, 4 hours thanks to daylight savings).

You know, you could just set the time zone in your DBB profile to GMT-3 and all the posting times would be US time.

Eh? GMT-5 is Eastern Time (US & Canada). GMT-3 is something else.
Ebay has it. The 'server time' is on many pages over there.
Edit: here ya go, admins.
Code: Select all
<?php printf("<font size=\"1\">%s</font>", date("r")); ?>
The PHP date function.

Eastern time is presently GMT -4. Don't forget that GMT doesn't move with Daylight Savings.

They might have been. But you gotta remember, they are quite contagious.

You let them out?! Are you mad?!?! You're the one responsible for AceCombat's birth, and his fetish for violating small felines! You bastard!

I have a small female feline (asian leopard). Ace hasn't been around her yet. I don't think he will ever infest my nest. But then again, who knows what lurks amongst the shadows.
