So after years of the libs trying to besmeerch President Bush's name we now have the democrats Great White Hope Hillary caught directly in the cross hairs...and it may surprise you by who:

"Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton turned furious and considered legal action after learning bestselling author Ed Klein would allege in a new book: Bill Clinton raped her -- resulting in the conception of daughter Chelsea Clinton!

"I'm going back to my cottage to rape my wife," Klein quotes Bill Clinton as saying during a Bermuda getaway in 1979.

In the morning, the Clintons' room "looked like World War III. There are pillows and busted-up furniture all over the place," an unnamed source tells Klein.

"Mrs. Clinton told me she would considering suing him for outright libel," the top Hillary source explains. "This is the right wing attack machine on crack!"

But Hillary and her camp may have a hard time typecasting Ed Klein as a Clinton-crazed right-winger. Klein is the former foreign editor of NEWSWEEK and former editor in chief of the NEW YORK TIMES MAGAZINE. He is a frequent contributor to VANITY FAIR and PARADE."

I doubt it. First of all you heard on the Drudge report. That alone makes it suspect.

Second of all, assuming it's true, it may just indicate that the Clintons enjoy rough sex. Big deal.

Having said that however, it doesn't surprise me that Hillary are getting her political panites in a wad over this. I have noticed that it doesn't take much. She has a thin skin when it comes to personal criticism.

My gosh. Just look how calculating Hillary is. She sticks with Bill after all his philandering, after he disappeard all those people, after he sold nuke secrets to the red chicoms, after he LIED under oath, after he lost $40k in a land deal, and after HE RAPED HER! She's obviously putting up with it all in her lust for power, and the advancement of the liberal/socialist/feminist/lesbian/pant-suit agenda.

My guess would be that Bill made the comment but in a between-us-Bubbas just-kidding word-play sort of way. Judging from his past definitions of what constitutes sexual behavior I'm guessing he believed it would be impossible to rape one's wife anyway.

There are plenty of GOOD reasons not to want Hillary as president. What Bill may have done to her in bed 25 years ago with or without consent is not among them.

Actually Lothar, If Billy did rape Hilly and she didn't divorce him then in my opinion Hillary is demonstrating a character flaw...as she did by "forgiving" her husband over the "Gasping for air" Lewensky affair. Such lack of "character does not bode well for someone sitting in the Oval Office.

Vander I don't know whether to believe or not, all I know of WJC is that he is capable of it.
If someone said that Lothar raped Drakona, I'd laugh like hell at the very idea... we all know who really wears the pants in that family (consider yourself paid back buddy

One consideration no one has brought up is that he may have said to his buddies "I'm going to go rape the wife" as a boastfull euphemism for "I am going to go have sex with the wife". Not trying to say this is what happened, it's just a thought.

My main concern, for any candidate, is what they're going to do in the future. What scandal happened bookoo years ago, I could care less about. We're all human beings, and we're all entitled to screw up every now and then. Name one politician that hasn't made a mistake in the past.
