I think it's a line from that absolute abomination of a movie Napoleon Dynamite. From what I've heard, just watching five seconds of it will be enough to make you hate it.
I haven't dressed up for Halloween since eighth grade. It always seemed like such a pointless holiday. Why trek all over creation to get candy when you can buy a huge grab bag for a few bucks?

Napolean Dynamite was a very good movie IMO.
