Thanks go out to a large and distinguished group of helpful people: The DBB Tech forum as a whole. And
especially thank you for the patience and suggestions Krom/Matrix! Sorry to be so wishy washy. But after all that I think this system should really be a beast.

Heres the final specs on my system.
Thermaltake Tsunami Dream Tower Black w/ window
PS 520W - OCZ ModStream ATX 2.01
DFI Lan Party NForce4 SLI-DR Audio/GB-LAN
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Dual-Core 1MB
Zalman CNPS7000B-AlCu Silent CPU Cooling
2 GB (2 pcs 1GB) OCZ dual channel platinum DDR
HD SATA3G Western Digital Caviar SE 250 GB 16mb cache
DVD±RW - NEC ND-3550A 16X Dual Layer DVD± black
Mitsumi Floppy 7-in-1 USB Card Reader/Smart media black
Creative Labs X-Fi XtremeMusic 7.1
eVGA GeForce 7800 GT CO 256MB DDR3/PCI-E

Ahead Nero 6.3 Suite DVD+-RW Software
nVidia nVDVD 2.0

I'll order a sound activated blue CCF and a blue UV light to give this rig some light.
I cant think of anything else to add (not that I have anything left to buy it with...)

Thanks again for the help!

RM

Matrix was starting to think you were never going to actually decide on anything, so he will be happy to read this. I'm pleased to be of service and wish I could have a computer like that myself. ;)

Man that absolutely rocks. I hope I can put something like this together sometime in the next year or so. Good for you!

Yes, will DEFINITELY post pics.
(I never did mention my last snag with this system: I was ready to buy it in Sept., but I got an opportunity to spend a month travelling thru Asia: China, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Thailand. We travelled cheaply [train, bus, car, boat] and had a great trip...just got back 2 weeks ago)

I was really happy to get Monarch to build the system with ALL the parts I wanted. Maybe NEXT build I'll do it myself :o

Very nice setup Readyman. I'm jealous (of the trip to Asia as well)! Have fun with the new rig.
