This has happened on numerous machines I have played D3 1.4 on. Does the 1.5 patch fix this? And do I need the CD to run the 1.5 patch? I can't seem to find info on that. I broke Disc 1 long ago :/

I got D2 installed.. it's just vertigo that's not working

Followed direction. Got D2 installed fine. Now, I have D2 Vertigo.. Any idea how to install that? Same thing happens

I went to install D2, put in the disc, click install, goes to a DOS screen, then closes out with now error or explanation. Trying the Descentforum installation

Is there a post or guide that I just can't seem to find that has detailed intructions on how to get Descent 1 and Descent 2 (or d1x or d2x whatever the mod is called.. thats what is confusing) running on Windows XP?

I haven't played any games since Descent 3. I was wondering if any of you might have any recommendations, with active multi-player communities.

well that changed my heading. is there anyway to use both the x-axis and also use the r-axis for turning. it is annoying that i can only be used for banking or heading, or so it seems

How would I setup my Sidewinder Precision Pro's r-axis (twist) to make my ship turn left and right in D3?
