I upgraded to 1.5.61 and now when I select Load Game, D2X crashes. It happens every time. Are the older saved games not compatible with the new version?

EDIT: I forgot to copy the new d2x.ini file. There's a line on it that wasn't in the old one that was vital. That fixed the problem.

OK, thanks, I'll try that. for the record, I'm running OS X v10.4.3 on an iBook G4 1.42 GHz (pretty new).

ok, here's another weird thing (two actually). When you blow the reactor, it doesn't "activate the self desctruct sequence". The exit opens, but theres no countdown to blowup. I gave it like 2 minutes and the mine never blew. Also, the reactor doesn't look like its blowing up like it should be, it ...

OK, here's a weird problem I sometimes get (I hope no one else reported this). the screenshot says it all:

wow i Just got it working. I just needed to put the game data in /Applications/Games/D2X-XL/ instead of the other place. cool, thanx guys.

I have all my files in /usr/local/share/d2x-xl but it still doesnt work. also one problem with that directory is it's hidden so to get there you have to put that link in Safari which will then hand it off to Finder. But just future advice, don't require files to be there cuz its a horrible location ...

Well, for me, it still launches then crashes. At leas this time it brings up an error report thing, but still the app barely launches before crashing immediately.

So how do I get online with D2X-W32? the website gave some code to put into the d2x.ini file. Was that the actuall IP of the trackers?

Well, I got D2X working, but there's no point unless I can play it online! It, just like the Win95 executable, crashes after startup if I launch it with Kali. Would the fact that I'm only using the trial version of Kali have anything to do with that...?

I've been homeschooled for several years and there's nothing wrong with it. There are plenty of homeschool groups that get together for the "social benifit". I think the education is probably better than what you get in public school. jus my 2 cents worth.
